The LRV BB‐35V‐5F is specifically designed for Rail Vehicles working under 600Vdc or 750Vdc catenaries. Its design allows to accept a very‐wide Input voltage range from 370Vdc to 930Vdc.

The dual 400V 3phase Output is available even at lowest Input voltage, and is configured as 35kVA VVVF and 5kVA FVFF, but different combinations are possible within the 40kVA power range. 

The compact and low weight APS can be installed stand‐alone unit or integrated within the HVAC container. The LRV BB‐35V‐5F is cooled by 2 small / low‐airflow DC blowers (supplied by battery voltage) allowing for very low noise operation and for reduced maintenance/cleaning requirements.

The Output is not galvanically insulated from the Input, but features a full 4kV insulation level. The APS includes a precharging circuit, a full input filter and 2 independent sine output filters.
